Entrepreneurship is a deeply personal endeavor.

As an entrepreneur you invest much of your time, energy (emotional, spiritual, physical, intellectual), and finances into your business. As such, business risks become personal risks, and it can feel difficult to separate business setbacks, and at times successes, from how you feel about yourself. It's normal and expected that your personal "stuff" will show up during the course of your entrepreneurial process; The Daring Way™, Rising Strong™, and Gifts of Imperfection™ workshops will teach you how to be resilient in the face of such challenges.

Entrepreneurs & The Daring Way™

You will greatly benefit from The Daring Way™ workshop if you’ve ever wondered:

  • Am I smart/experienced/creative enough to do this?

  • Do I know what I'm doing?

  • Will people like my ideas?

  • Do I take up too much space?

  • Am I deserving of this success?

  • What if I fail?

Entrepreneurs & Rising Strong™

You take risks as a business owner, and the reality is that some of your risks will not lead to your desired results. How you make sense of these outcomes is important, and the Rising Strong™ workshop will provide you with the skills necessary to be resilient when faced with these situations.

Entrepreneurs and The Gifts of Imperfection™

How is your relationship with yourself? Do you believe that you are worthy? Have you been subsumed by your business? It’s so easy to lose track of where you end and where your business begins, but you cannot give to others that which you do not have. It is important that entrepreneurs cultivate habits and practices that support resilience, self-compassion, creativity, and gratitude.

About the Weekend Intensives

The weekend intensive workshops are small group experiences in which you and the other participants (10-12 total) will receive 16 hours of psychoeducational content, interventions, and exercises. “Psychoeducation” involves learning about psychological concepts and techniques and how to apply them, and it is different than therapy in that it is general and not prescriptive (e.g., in this case, not specific to the individualized and specific concerns that you are experiencing). Group experiences are powerful in that they offer vicarious learning (e.g., learning from others’ experiences and growth), as well as the understanding that you are not alone in your experiences.

In these weekend intensives, you are free to share as little or as much as you would like, but I am much more interested in the process- what did you experience? How are you feeling in this moment? The “process” can be just as meaningful, and sometimes more, than specific content that you share. As this is a one time experience with people that you likely do not know, it is probably most comfortable and appropriate that we remain focused on the process. I will provide assistance and guidance throughout the weekend.

I will provide a few months’ advance notice of upcoming workshops so that you can fit this experience into your budget, and I am more than happy to set up a payment plan that will work for you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want more information about the workshops or payments.
